If you would like to put in a request for a ride along with Boundary Ambulance please fill out the form linked below. A ride along is intended for individuals interested in EMS who are seeking a closer look at a functioning ambulance system. You will follow the duty crew or Captain for the day. Please be specific about who you are and what you are hoping to get out of or accomplish on the ride along.
Also be aware that you will be required to sign a liability waiver and if you are underage a parent or guardian will need to sign the form as well.
